Justin Jehn, the associate principal of West Salem High School for the past six years, has been selected as the new principal of the school. Jehn has an understanding of what awaits him, but won't have a full grasp of the position until well after his July 1 starting date. He has opted to step away from his role as head football coach, which he has held for 10 years, in order to be the best principal he can be. Jehn's last two teams went a combined 19-6, and he has led the team to a WIAA Division 3 state runner-up finish in 2022.
